Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented Bid Manager to join a dynamic National Tenders and Bids Team. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by securing new opportunities for the firm.
As a Bid Manager, you will work closely with the Associate Directors and Senior Bid Managers whilst receiving support from the Bid Assistants to identify and strategically plan bids
What will the role involve?
• Utilise project management skills to drive bids forward, ensuring a robust and well-planned process
• Craft winning strategies for each bid, including commercial considerations and effectively articulating your reasoning
• Engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve the quality of the bid submissions
• Contribute to the development and management of the bids resource library
Who are we looking for?
• Bid writing experience advantageous but not essential
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Ability to handle and navigate complex plans
• Thrives when working under pressure in a deadline driven environment
• Exceptional team player with superb relationship building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
