Harper Recruitment are excited to be working with a business who are passionate about Employee wellbeing and due to continued growth are now seeking someone to further drive the business forward.

If you are an experienced salesperson with a passion for wellbeing solutions and employee assistance programs (EAPs), this could be a role for you!

What the role will involve:

  • Sell EAPs, wellbeing solutions, and training programs to companies and charities.
  • Leverage your existing contacts and leads to drive sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level management, HR heads, and wellbeing managers.
Who are we looking for?
  • Proven track record of B2B sales success
  • Experience in selling EAPs and wellbeing solutions or similar
  • Ability to travel as needed
What’s in it for you?
  • Competitive basic salary: £45k - £50k (depending on experience)
  • Genuine OTE: £100k+
