Job Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £23,335 + Bonus
Location: Heanor
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am – 5:30pm (40 hours a week)

What does the role involve?
- Ensure the efficient and timely handling of inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to maximise sales potential.
- Manage live chat inquiries and provide prompt responses.
- Deliver accurate information over the phone and in person when needed.
- Update customer records and internal databases as required.
- Create invoices, proformas, and credit notes.
- Generate inbound and outbound courier labels.
- Maintain clear communication with internal technical departments.
- Act as an effective liaison between customers and technical staff.
