Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established award-winning organisation. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their expanding team. 

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls from customers, suppliers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to organise and facilitate exceptional customer service for clients, allocate jobs to engineers, and raise invoices.

What will the role involve?

• You will use the management system to create jobs, allocate engineers, and liaise with operational teams.
• You will be responsible for raising invoices and issuing all necessary paperwork to customers.
• You will manage key accounts, maintaining all paperwork and communication between the client and the account.
• You will be expected to communicate closely with both clients and the management team.
• You will build customer relationships to fully understand their needs.

• Experience in Key Accounts is preferrable 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
