Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent
Remote Working

Monday-Friday 37.5 hours
Harper Recruitment are proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a leading designer brand. We are looking for somebody who is fluent in both Dutch and English and passionate about customer service.
What does the role involve?

  • Handling customer queries through allocated tickets, emails, letters, telephone and live chat in both Dutch and English
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Liaising with internal teams, B2B, customers, and couriers
  • Processing orders, payments, returns, replacements, and refunds
  • Maintaining knowledge of brands, products, services, and promotions to provide a 1st class customer experience
  • Performing other customer-based administrative duties
  • Managing fluctuating workloads
 
Who are we looking for?
  • Fluent in Dutch and English – C1 or above
  • Proven customer service experience from office, call centre, retail, hospitality or similar
  • Bubbly and passionate communicator
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
 Our preference is for the successful candidate to live within a commutable distance of Nottingham so we can conduct in-person training. However, we will be flexible for the right person.
