EA/ HR Assistant

Executive Assistant
Circa £30,000 pro rata
12 Month FTC – Maternity cover
Nottingham – Flexible working/Hybrid
Full Time Monday – Friday

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful, market leading manufacturer who have a unique opportunity to cover Maternity Leave starting in November 2023. The role is varied and the successful EA will enjoy delivering PA support duties to the CEO whilst supporting the HR team with onboarding new starters.

What will the role involve?

• Maintaining and managing the CEO’s diary, providing prompt and efficient support
• Organise meetings, take minutes and prepare and distribute documentation
• Update new starter information onto the HR database
• Answer generalist HR and payroll related queries
• Undertake pre-employment checks and support the induction process

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a PA/EA role or similar essential
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Highly organised, excels when working under pressure.
• Comfortable working autonomously and using initiative.
• HR, Payroll or similar experience advantageous
