We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join a large public authority. This role requires exceptional organisation, political awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
What will the role involve?
- Efficiently manage schedules, appointments and meetings
- Handling all casework, liaising effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate responses
- Planning, organising and overseeing events & conferences
- Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries, showing political awareness while maintaining high levels of professionalism
- Organising meetings, including agenda management and minute taking
- Managing and responding to complaints and enquiries from Members, MPs, and the public
- Preparing high-quality reports and relevant documentation as required
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT proficiency
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
