Duties and objectives of the role will include:

• Engaging with the most senior stakeholders ensuring regulatory requirements and the HR agenda is met
• Develop a high-performance culture building on co-worker engagement
• Enabling the leadership team to achieve business objectives, Learning and development, Resource and Talent Planning

Skills and experience required:

• CIPD or QBE in a professional services industry essential
• Significant experience in a similar role to Head of HR level
• Experience within either banking, financial services, fintech or similar industries advantageous
• Superior stakeholder relationship management skills
• Exceptional knowledge of operational excellence
