Job Role: HR Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Pay Rate: £25,000
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours 

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful, market leading organisation based in Nottingham. We're looking for a professional and efficient administrator to provide support to the Human Resources Team.

What does the role involve:

  • Administration for all elements of employee lifecycle including recruitment, selection, on-boarding, movers and leavers.
  • Checking candidate right to work documentation and scanning into system
  • Processing DBS checks
  • Obtaining and chasing references
  • Auditing of files
  • Completing compliance checks
  • Onboarding of new starters from offer to start date
  • Managing the email inbox, actioning queries and escalating where required
  • Issuing correspondence for employee contractual changes 

Who are we looking for?:

  • Previous HR Administrator experience
  • Excellent Excel skills being able to manipulate and analyse data 
  • Strong organisational and communication skills 
  • Ability to collaborate with staff at all levels
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
