We have an exciting opportunity for a HR generalist who is looking for their next challenge in their HR career.

The role requires someone with recruitment, complex ER experience and HR reporting skills. The successful HR Advisor will be a self-starter who is able to prioritise and plan a varied and busy workload.

Duties will include:

  • Act as first line support for all Employee Relation matters, including disciplinaries, grievance and attendance issues.
  • Provide support and attend formal employee meetings
  • Ownership of HR policies and processes in line with legislation
  • Update and maintain HR systems and employee files
  • Deliver in house training, awareness sessions and inductions
  • Drive the company recruitment strategy
  • Provide advice and guidance to line managers
  • Occasional travel to South Yorkshire site

Skills/Experience required:

  • CIPD Level 5-7
  • Previous experience in a HR Generalist role or similar
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR working practices and employment law
  • Self-starter, capable of organising own workload

This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a well established and highly reputable Nottingham organisation. The successful HR generalist will provide vital HR support for approximately 200 employees and become part of a small, friendly team.
