HR Advisor – Part-Time
Location: Leicestershire (Office-Based)
Hours: 28 hours per week (flexible over 4 or 5 days)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We’re working with a well-established organisation based in Leicestershire who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional with a solid grasp of Employment Law and a passion for shaping impactful HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied HR caseload with professionalism and discretion
Work closely with department heads to understand team dynamics and identify trends or issues
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
Provide recruitment support across the business when required
Compile and present regular HR reports to inform decision-making
Lead or support grievance and disciplinary processes as needed
What We’re Looking For:
CIPD Level 5 (or above) – a degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
Confident in analysing and interpreting HR data to support business improvements
