We have an exciting opportunity for a HR generalist to join our client who have an impressive call centre based in the centre of Nottingham. They are looking for a capable, CIPD qualified HR professional to drive the company values throughout their expanding Nottingham operation.

This is a great time to be joining the company and the successful HR Manager will have significant influence in their ambitions for employee sustainability and wellbeing.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting approximately 200 employees across 2 locations
  • Advising department Managers on legislative and regulatory requirements ensuring the company remains compliant
  • Liaising with Line Managers regarding the delivery of appraisals, reviews and probationary periods
  • Managing the new starter, leaver and on boarding processes
  • Over seeing payroll administration and reporting
  • Maintain the HR CRM systems and databases
  • Negotiate and ensure the company benefits scheme offers best value
  • Assist in the creation of company policy documentation
  • Provide basic HR reports

Skills/Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a HR function (HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Advisor)
  • CIPD Qualified to Level 5
  • Knowledge of HR database management
  • Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and Outlook
