International Administrator 
Circa £28,500 DOE

Burton-on-Trent – Office based 
Full Time Monday – Friday 

Harper Recruitment are recruiting for an established, leading organisation based in Burton-on-Trent. Based in their impressive head offices the successful International Administrator will join an inclusive and friendly team providing support to their international client base. 

What will the role involve?
•    Receive and log customer calls in a positive, professional manner
•    Coordinate the logistics of export shipment including arranging transportation 
•    Prepare and review export documentation including invoices and packing lists
•    Applying for associated documentation including certificate of origin, EUR1 etc
•    Develop client relationships to maintain loyalty and client satisfaction 
Who are we looking for?
•    Previous experience in a similar Customer Service and/or Administration role essential
•    Knowledge of shipping terms advantageous 
•    Computer literate – MS Office applications and competent CRM usage 
•    Detail orientated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
•    Professional, friendly and concise communication style
