Job Role: Lettings Administrator

Location: Arnold/Nottingham

Salary:   £20,000 + Bonus

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join one of the most respected companies within the property industry.

This role involves all aspects of office administration within a successful and busy estate agency.

Lettings Administrator duties include, but not limited to:

  • Providing all round administration support to the sales and lettings team - joining a team of 4 administrators
  • Liaising with clients and vendors
  • Preparing property particulars and sales memorandums
  • Preparation of keys and instructions for the viewers
  • Typing up property details, launching onto websites: Rightmove, Zoopla etc
  • Preparing contracts and handling confidential details
  • Answering calls, assisting with queuries and taking messages

The successful Lettings Administrator will be / have:

  • Proven Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to self motivate and work individually as well as a team
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills
