Lettings Administrator
£12 per hour
Nottingham city centre

Monday to Friday 10 am – 5.30 pm

As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks using in-house software to ensure all referencing and procedures are completed for new sales and tenancies.

This is a brilliant opportunity to get into the property industry for an administrator with excellent communication skills. The contract will start on a temporary basis through the summer, and there is a permanent role available for the right person.

Duties will include:

  • Carrying out referencing and admin procedures for each property using a checklist
  • Answering incoming calls and emails for both Lettings and Sales, dealing with their property requirements
  • Greeting visitors in the office
  • Matching registered applicants with properties new to the market
  • Arranging viewings, liaising with both Tenant and Landlords
  • Managing diaries for lettings and sales
  • Negotiate Tenancy Agreements and referring sales offers to vendors
  • Attending viewings from time to time
  • Advertising properties
Skills and Experience required:
  • Admin experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Estate agent experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and confident personality
  • Able to work at a fast pace with accuracy
