Office Administrator
Location: Hucknall
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

Harper Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a reputable family-run construction company in Hucknall. Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to provide office support to the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephones and responding to queries
  • Managing the email inbox
  • Using the internal computer system to raise new jobs and subcontractor orders
  • Accurately inputting data and maintaining timesheet records
  • Filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Processing invoices
  • Other general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in office administration, preferably within the construction/building sector
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Enthusiastic and hard working

Additional Information:

  • This is an ongoing temporary contract with the opportunity for permanent placement
  • This role is fully office based in Hucknall, with free parking available.
