Hours: part-time 15 hours, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday


We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be an essential part of our recruitment process, supporting our Recruitment Consultants with onboarding tasks, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your strong organisational skills and process-driven approach will help us maintain an efficient and streamlined recruitment journey.

What will the role involve?

  • Responding to general queries via phone and email, or transferring calls as needed.
  • Collaborating closely with consultants to provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Monitoring the shared inbox to manage communications efficiently.
  • Handling the registration process: sending, tracking, and saving forms.
  • Performing compliance checks, including verifying right-to-work documents and referencing
  • Conducting audits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Managing applications received through the company website.
  • Ordering office supplies and stationery as required.
  • Coordinating company social events.
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing content for social media.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in an office environment, administration experience desirable
  • Adobe experience is desirable
  • Process-driven
  • Naturally ability to build rapport and relationships
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
  • Professional telephone manner
