Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a well-established market leader across the East Midlands? The company have enjoyed year on year growth and are looking for a capable Property Manager to manage a variety of residential properties across the Nottinghamshire/Leicestershire area.
What will the role involve?
• Ensuring all the buildings are fully maintained inline with individual lease terms
• Liaising with 3rd party contractors and overseeing the quality of works
• Attending residential meetings in person as required
• Effectively communicating with leaseholders and residents
• Responding to emergency out of hours calls and actioning as required #
Who are we looking for?
• Previous experience in a Property Management role or similar essential
• Clean UK Driving License (minimum of 3 points)
• Knowledge of Section 20 Landlord Tenant Act
• Transferable experience within the lettings/property sector is also of interest

This is a solid opportunity for someone with previous Property Management experience to join a well-established and thriving company. It would suit someone who has some property experience with a flexible approach and looking to progress their career to the level.
The successful candidate will be based at the central Nottingham office until fully trained and then work remotely between home and onsite. Occasionally you will also be required to attend residents’ meetings on-site which might be outside of the core hours of 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday.
