Risk & Compliance Executive
Up to £30k (doe)
Permanent
Nottingham – Office/Hybrid
Full Time Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
 
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a legal firm who are seeking an experienced and motivated Risk and Compliance Executive to join a dynamic team. You will play a crucial part of the team resolving client due diligence, conflict resolution, risk management  and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Resolving escalated conflict issues
  • Conducting and reviewing risk reports, identifying any issues and assessing potential risks 
  • Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders 
  • Report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance
  • Carry out various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects)
Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 2 years working as a CDD, risks and conflicts analyst in a law firm or financial services
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
