Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their very successful and niche business. This role involves following up on all leads, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C sales and a passion for building strong client relationships.
What the role will involve:
• Following up on warm leads; Engaging with prospective clients promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking and prioritizing leads.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven track record of success in B2C sales.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
• Flexibility to work some non-traditional hours, including occasional weekends, to accommodate client schedules and business needs.
