Position: Training Coordinator
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday-Friday office hours
Salary: £25k-£28k

We’re looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our clients expanding Digital Training team to help organise and coordinate all training activities including, online learning, calendar management and training programmes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is confident navigating different systems and good at managing workload. This also offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating weekly new joiner orientation events
  • Manage ongoing orientation programs across the business
  • Maintain the teams digital calendar
  • Send out training invitations to employees
  • Responsible for departments training records such as attendance, absence and waiting lists
  • Attending team meetings both via teams and face-to-face
  • Administration, maintenance of the firms Learning Management System

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience as a Training Coordinator, Administrative or similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly Outlook, Teams, Word & Excel
  • Experience working on a Learning Management System (LMS) would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective multitasking and time management
